Frequently asked questions
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes — one click from your billing page, no reason needed and no fee. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for; we simply stop the following charges.
- What happens if I move back to the free plan?
- The change takes effect at the next renewal, never mid-period: you keep what you paid for. Do bring your domains back under the free plan's limit before that date.
- Is there a minimum commitment?
- None. The subscription is monthly and renews for as long as you want it. No annual contract, no minimum tier, no setup fee.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- Your sending carries on. We let you know and give you several days to update your payment method before anything is suspended — the deadline is shown on your billing page.
- Do unused emails roll over?
- No. The included allowance resets each period and unused emails don't carry over. That's what lets us hold a flat price instead of running a credit system.
- Where is my data hosted?
- In the European Union only: control plane on OVH, European sending servers. No data leaves the EU, and we are not subject to the US CLOUD Act.
